Agni FRP/Epoxy rods used as the core material in the manufacturing of silicon rubber insulators is manufactured by the pultrusion method using Boron free ECR grade glass fibers. The Fiberglass rods being produced by Agni fiber are having all the required mechanical and electrical characteristics for the long term, uninterrupted performance of High Voltage Composite Insulators. Agni Fiber glass Epoxy/Polyester Pultruded Composite Insulator Core rods have been tested for Brittle Fracture Test.
