Agni Molded fiberglass grating is the chemical resistant flooring choice for many industrial applications. The high resin content provides excellent corrosion resistance and requires very little maintenance. The molded grating panel allows efficient on-site cutting to minimize grating waste. FRP Molded grating is significantly lighter in weight than metallic gratings.
For enhanced worker safety, molded grating manufacturing can accommodate slip resistant features under a special treatment and is non-conductive and fire retardant gratings.

Agni Fiber Glass pultruded Grating is a flame retardant product utilizing a polyester or vinyl ester resin. The bearing bars use both longitudinal (glass roving) and multi-directional (glass mat) reinforcements as well as a synthetic surfacing veil to provide corrosion resistance.
The 70% glass to 30% resin ratio of pultruded grating provides twice the stiffness of molded grating, allowing it to span greater distances. Pultruded grating is best suited to pedestrian walkways, platforms, and other applications where wide support spans, close load bar spacing is required.
Agni Pultruded Gratings offers the customer options such as selection of bar spacing (which creates varying open space in the grating or grid), bar shape, cross-rod placement, custom fabrication, custom resin or color.
Pultruded FRP Grating shapes a primary advantage over molded FRP gratings. It has superior load-supporting ability over longer spans. FRP Pultruded Grating is the result of a continuous molding technique in which glass roving, glass matting and a synthetic surface veil are pulled (pultruded) simultaneously through a flame-retardant polyester or vinylester resin bath.
